These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Mirigo's services (“Services”) offered by Mirigo (“we,” “us”) at www.mirigo.ai and related properties. By creating an account or paying for a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
Founding member tier
Access to certain programs may be capped (for example, at twenty founding partners) to preserve high-touch scouting quality, response times, and product focus. We may waitlist or defer applicants when capacity is full. Founding terms, pricing, and inclusions may differ from future public tiers.
What Mirigo provides
Mirigo provides intelligence, synthesis, prioritization, and drafting assistance based on information you supply and integrations you authorize. Outputs are tools for your judgment — not legal, financial, HR, or investment advice. We do not guarantee any particular job outcome, introduction, or response from third parties.
Your responsibilities
Final outreach, representation, and compliance with law remain solely your responsibility. You confirm that you have the right to use any data you upload, that your use of the Services complies with applicable laws and any contracts you have with employers or clients, and that you will not use Mirigo to send deceptive, harassing, or unlawful communications.
Subscription & payments
Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, the Founding Member subscription is USD $250 per month. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments acting as merchant of record (or as otherwise disclosed at purchase). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel in accordance with Dodo's and our cancellation flow. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.
If Dodo Payments or another processor provides receipts, invoices, or tax documentation, those constitute the payment record for your subscription.
Acceptable use
You may not probe, disrupt, or attempt to access other users' data; reverse engineer the Services except where permitted by law; or use Mirigo to build a competing dataset or product by systematic extraction. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Intellectual property
Mirigo retains all rights in the Services, software, and branding. You retain rights in your own content. We receive a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the Services to you.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIRIGO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.
