Response time

Founding Members should expect a substantive reply within twelve (12) hours on business days (often faster). We are a small team — if volume spikes during a launch window, we will communicate delays transparently.

No ticket theater

We do not route you through impersonal ticket systems for routine issues. You have a direct line to the founder and core team. For security-sensitive requests (account deletion, legal inquiries), we may verify identity before acting.
