This policy describes how Mirigo (“we,” “us,” or “Mirigo”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our services at www.mirigo.ai and related applications (including integrations such as Slack). By using Mirigo, you agree to this policy.
What we collect
Depending on how you use the product, we may process: account identifiers (e.g. email), content you provide (voice notes, text, resumes, contact and company context you choose to import), usage and diagnostic data needed to run the service, and integration metadata required to deliver briefings and drafts (for example Slack workspace identifiers tied to your account).
Ownership
You own your data. Your network intelligence, notes, and career context remain yours. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or contact graph to data brokers, advertisers, or third parties for their independent marketing purposes. We use data only to operate Mirigo for you and to meet legal obligations.
Zero training on your content
We do not use your private voice notes, resumes, contacts, or Slack content to train global foundation models for general-purpose improvement. Inference is performed in service of your account — for example to generate briefings, drafts, and scouting context — using architectures that keep your material out of shared training corpora. Where we employ third-party model providers, we configure usage in line with their enterprise / non-training commitments applicable to our integration pattern; our product stance remains: your competitive intelligence is not fodder for public model improvement.
How processing works
Mirigo uses siloed, account-scoped contexts so that synthesis and drafting are tied to your workspace rather than commingled with other users. Ephemeral processing may apply for certain generation steps; we design flows so session artifacts that are not needed for continuity are minimized and purged according to operational need and your controls.
Security
- Encryption in transit: Data moves over TLS (HTTPS) between your browser, our APIs, and integrated services where supported.
- Encryption at rest: Stored data is protected using enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure and encryption appropriate to our database and object storage providers.
- Access: Operational access is limited to what is required to run and secure the service. We do not operate a public directory of your contacts.
Retention & deletion
We retain information as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with law, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account subject to legal and contractual retention requirements; contact us at tarun@mirigo.ai for data requests.
International transfers
If you access Mirigo from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S. or other regions where we or our subprocessors operate. We implement appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable regulations.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
