Our commitment
We want Mirigo to earn its place in your weekly rhythm. If the product is not delivering value, you should not feel trapped. This policy sets clear expectations for refunds, proration, and cancellation.
Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with Mirigo, contact us within a reasonable period after a charge and describe the issue. Where appropriate, we will work with you to resolve it — including account adjustments or refund consideration for the current billing period in line with the terms below and what our payment processor (Dodo Payments) supports for your jurisdiction and payment method.
Prorated refunds
Subject to processor capabilities and applicable law, we may offer a prorated refund for the current month when a good-faith service issue or mismatch warrants it. Proration is not automatic for every cancellation; it is evaluated case by case. Annual or promotional plans, if offered, will have separate terms shown at purchase.
No long-term lock-in
Unless a separate agreement explicitly states otherwise (for example enterprise paperwork), subscriptions are month-to-month and designed so you can leave without multi-year commitments.
How to cancel
You may cancel at any time through the in-product billing or account area where available, or by emailing the Concierge at tarun@mirigo.ai. Cancellation stops future renewals; access typically continues until the end of the then-current paid period unless we agree otherwise or law requires a different treatment.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback where possible — we resolve most issues quickly and chargebacks can lock accounts while investigated.
